By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing the services provided by SellSayfa ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not consent to any part of these conditions, you must immediately halt usage of our platform services.

2. Nature of Services

SellSayfa offers automated verification screening components, identity validation, and digital consent agreement generation for private vehicle sales. SellSayfa is a software utility provider and is not a licensed motor vehicle dealership, broker, insurance firm, or legal entity. We do not inspect, guarantee, or take ownership responsibilities for any vehicle transactions arranged using the platform.

3. User Responsibilities & Verification Accuracy

When setting up listings or initializing test drive authorizations, you warrant that:

• All registration details, VIN structural strings, vehicle conditions, and identity credentials submitted are completely accurate and truthful.
• Buyers initiating test drive credentials must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license legally authorized to operate the target vehicle classification.
• Sellers maintain full ultimate authority to grant or deny vehicle keys, irrespective of verification checks computed by our automated system.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum level permitted by applicable laws, SellSayfa shall not be held accountable for any direct, collateral, accidental, or criminal damage events stemming from your private marketplace actions. This includes, but is not limited to, physical vehicle property damages, traffic camera infringements, personal injury during test drives, vehicle theft incidents, or contract compliance defaults between independent buyers and sellers.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to bypass authentication protocols, spoof digital identities, reverse-engineer verification interfaces, or leverage SellSayfa to harass, stalk, or run fraudulent profile checks on individuals outside of standard car-selling transaction agreements. Violation of these terms will trigger immediate account suspension and referral to security authorities.

6. Modifications to Agreements

We reserve full rights to adjust, update, or substitute elements of these Terms and Conditions at any chosen point. We will highlight system adaptations by updating the "Last Updated" chronological flag at the top of this layout. Continued usage of our services following policy updates constitutes binding acceptance of the revised conditions.
