SellSayfa provides a technology platform designed to assist private vehicle owners to monitor test drives of their advertised vehicles for sale, communicate with prospective buyers, verify prospective test drivers and create a digital record of vehicle test drives.
SellSayfa provides the technology platform only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, SellSayfa is not the owner, seller, purchaser, dealer, broker, insurer, financier or agent of any vehicle advertised through the platform.
Any agreement for the sale or purchase of a vehicle is between the seller and buyer.
To create an account with SellSayfa, you must:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
You must promptly notify SellSayfa if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorisation.
SellSayfa creates a Contract of Sale in the case a test drive leads to a sale.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information contained in your vehicle listing.
You acknowledge that SellSayfa does not guarantee the identity, intentions, financial capacity, driving ability or conduct of any prospective buyer.
SellSayfa's identity and driver's licence verification functions are intended to assist sellers with risk management but do not constitute a guarantee regarding a prospective buyer.
Before permitting a prospective buyer to drive your vehicle, you remain responsible for deciding whether to permit the test drive.

You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is roadworthy and appropriately registered and insured for the proposed test drive.
SellSayfa does not represent or warrant that your insurance policy permits a particular person to drive your vehicle.
You should check your insurance policy and any applicable excess, age restriction, nominated-driver requirement or other condition before permitting a test drive.
Any dispute concerning damage, insurance liability, excess, traffic infringement, toll or other liability arising from a test drive is primarily a matter between the seller, test driver and relevant insurer or authority.
SellSayfa, provides records reasonably required to assist in investigating an accident, dispute, suspected offence, fraud or insurance claim.
SellSayfa collects and handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
Information relating to prospective buyers and test drivers made available through SellSayfa must only be used by you for legitimate purposes connected with the sale, inspection or test drive of your vehicle.
You must not use, copy, publish, sell, disclose or retain a prospective buyer's personal information for an unrelated purpose.
You must not use SellSayfa:
SellSayfa may send you transactional and service communications reasonably necessary to operate your account, listing and test drives.
Where required by law, promotional or marketing communications will be sent with appropriate consent.
You may withdraw marketing consent or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Any fees applicable to SellSayfa services will be disclosed before you purchase or activate the relevant service.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
The SellSayfa platform, software, branding, design and associated intellectual property remain the property of SellSayfa or its licensors.
You grant SellSayfa a limited licence to use vehicle descriptions, photographs and other content you upload to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the SellSayfa service.
SellSayfa will use reasonable efforts to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Maintenance, telecommunications failures, third-party services, cyber incidents or circumstances outside SellSayfa's reasonable control may affect availability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
SellSayfa may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, security concerns, misuse, material breach of these Terms or legal/regulatory requirements.
You may close your account subject to any information SellSayfa is legally entitled or required to retain.

SellSayfa may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated or presented for acceptance where required.
